Shipping
We ship from the USA. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout from the item(s) and your destination, and shown before you pay — there are no surprise fees.
- Standard (US): typically 3–7 business days.
- Expedited (US): typically 1–3 business days where available.
- International: available on eligible items; duties/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Orders placed before 1pm ET on a business day usually ship the same or next business day. You’ll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking when it ships.
What the item conditions mean
Every listing states one of these conditions:
- New
- Unused, factory-fresh or new-old-stock. May be missing original retail packaging but never installed or operated.
- Refurbished
- Restored to working condition and functionally tested. May show light cosmetic wear.
- Used
- Pulled from working equipment. Inspected and, where noted, tested. Expect normal cosmetic wear.
